Security planning by SECONTEC

Our trained security personnel have many years of experience with a wide range of risk scenarios. They will draw on this expertise to create your new security plan Your comprehensive security plan will be informed by, and incorporate, the latest technology, current legislation and, in particular, our experience with and knowledge of organised crime.

Presenting the security plan and quote

Security is the greatest asset of all and is never anonymous. That is why the personal contact between you and SECONTEC is the most important foundation for our long-term collaboration. We will present your customised security plan and binding quote to you, in person, at an on-site meeting. In our feedback meeting, we will answer all YOUR questions and any questions from the departments involved.

Tailored finance options for your security plan

You have a reliable partner in SECONTEC: We can also help you with financing for your new security plan. You can choose whether you wish to purchase or lease the SECONTEC security plan.

The leasing option, in particular, provides you with greater liquidity and usually runs for a period of 72 months. With us, the hardware and software become your property at the end of the leasing period.

Security planning by SECONTEC

SECONTEC will then manage the installation – with all the services involved. We create the infrastructure, assemble, install, and carry out earthwork. We do everything, working in close consultation with you and the relevant departments at all times. Of course, we only use using specialist, trained and approved personnel for this work. Smooth implementation is guaranteed. You can rely on us!

The handover and familiarisation

Once installation is complete, you will receive a full handover from SECONTEC with all the information that you will need in the future. It goes without saying that you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the system and its individual security elements – at least, we think it does. At this point, that we will configure the individual settings for the intervention measures you requested.

The connection to the VOC (Video Operation Centre)

Everything is fitted and every element has been checked. Now, SECONTEC VOC (Video Operation Centre) will record everything being monitored by the surveillance system. We will keep a watchful eye on your property, round the clock, thanks to the intelligent AI system. In the event of an alert, the security experts will immediately evaluate the situation, speak directly to any possible offender in real time via an audio system, and alert the police.

On-site maintenance is carried out at six-month intervals by the SECONTEC Technical Equipment department. Maintenance and VOC services also continue after financing through a leasing contract. Every hour, of every day, 24/7.
